Bushfire Kitchen is now open at Rancho Bernardo Town Center, located at 11962 Bernardo Plaza Drive in Rancho Bernardo. The new restaurant occupies Suite 110 at the Vons-anchored shopping center and adds another strong food and beverage tenant to one of Rancho Bernardo’s most established retail destinations.
The new location is over 2,000 square feet and includes a shaded patio, convenient parking, and excellent access within the center. Bushfire Kitchen is an elevated fast-casual restaurant concept known for scratch-made comfort food, globally inspired flavors, and a menu designed to offer something for everyone, including gluten-free, high-protein, and plant-based options.
Menu highlights include Thai Chicken Curry, Chimichurri Tri-Tip, Peri Peri Chicken, handmade empanadas, burgers, bowls, sandwiches, salads, beer and wine, and catering options for local businesses and events.
The Rancho Bernardo restaurant marks Bushfire Kitchen’s third location in San Diego County and 11th location overall. The opening follows the brand’s continued expansion throughout Southern California, including its recent opening in Brea and additional locations planned in Cypress and Northridge.
To celebrate the opening and thank the local community, Bushfire Kitchen is hosting giveback days for teachers, first responders, and healthcare workers from June 1 through June 3. Eligible guests can receive buy one, get one free on bowls, burgers, sandwiches, and salads with valid current ID. The offer is dine-in only and limited to one use per customer.
