A new lease has been completed at Hillcrest Center bringing the shopping center to 100% occupancy. Beauty by Aaliyah has leased 1,050 square feet of retail space for five years in the 17,500-square-foot Hillcrest Center at 620 University Avenue, San Diego 92103, from Southco Properties, LP. Beauty by Aaliyah is expected to open in September of this year.
