A new lease has been completed at Hillcrest Center keeping the shopping center at 100% occupancy. Oscar's Mexican Seafood has leased 1,050 square feet of retail space for five years in the 17,500-square foot Hillcrest Center at 646 University Avenue, San Diego 92103, from Southco Properties, LP.

This is the fourth location for the very popular Mexican Seafood restaurant that has historically been the number one ranked San Diego restaurant on Yelp. Their other three locations are in Bird Rock, Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach. Oscar's Mexican Seafood will be operating out of the space formerly occupied by Tiki Taka Grill and is expected to open in December.
